	^{...inspired by a true event: Life is rough in N.Y. City – that´s what Charles Miller, the raccoon from the countryside, quickly notices. Food and habitat are scarce, the City Animals rather unfriendly. Charles leaves the city disappointed on board an old Chinese cargo ship. Unfortunately a mistake and a series of other accidents occur, however fortunately, friendship exists and Charles finds the luck happiness he'd sought. City Animals - 17 minutes of animation. Film concept, photography and animation by Christin Schindler and Claus Bäuerle, music and sound design by Oliver Heise, script consultant Susan Schulte, English consultant Karenne Joy Sylvester, with the kind subsidy of MFG Film Fund Baden-Württemberg and BKM Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media}
